Nets or Scrims are used to cut or soften light. This single scrim black measures 18" x 24''and is made using a Stainless Steel Frame with Radius Corners
They are used to control or manipulate light falling on certain areas of the set or subject.
Scrims can be used to soften or reduce light without a noticeable edge. Piano wire woven through the fabric to make up the "open" side of the frame so as not to cause a shadow.
