Return Policy

Procedures for return of faulty goods

Prior to returning the goods please call our service department on (02) 8437 5555 and give them full details of the problem as well as order number.

Please also confirm delivery address for return of faulty goods.

All items must be returned at your cost and must contain all original packaging and relevant manuals.

We reserve the right to reject any returns where the items have been dropped, tampered with or the manufactures labels removed.

We do not accept any returns for goods that may breach health and safety regulations. These include; headsets, ear pieces and headphones. This would be non applicable in the case of the item being faulty under the terms of the product warranty.

On receipt by the service department, the item will be inspected and tested to determine its condition. If the product is found to be in good working condition, the product will be returned to you and you will be charged with all freight charges incurred in returning the item to your address.

If we determine that the item is indeed faulty or damaged we will replace the item freight included charges incurred in returning the item to your address. Our service facility is located in Lane Cove, NSW.

Refunds

All products supplied by John Barry Sales are covered under the manufacturers warranty.

Change of Mind 

No change of mind refunds on sale items. No change of mind refunds after seven (7) days.

Return of Faulty Goods

Products that do not work as intended or get damaged in transit must be returned within ten (10) working days of receipt.

Return of Non-Faulty Goods

John Barry Sales does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
