Sanken has introduced the COS-11D, which overcomes RFI (radio frequency interference) from the digital transmitter. In today’s wireless transmission systems the microphone must remain unaffected by new forms of digital transmitter signals. They present new challenges in the area of emission protection. In many cases, noise levels increase and the S/N ratio is deteriorated by the interference of digital transmitters. Sanken has designed the COS-11D specifically to diminish the instances where interference is an issue.

An improved water-resistant mesh screen protects against humidity, perspiration, makeup, bad weather, etc. The miniature profile of the lavalier makes it an ideal solution for professional theater, video recording, film and broadcast applications.

Optimized for Digital Transmission

The COS-11DBP addresses the noise issues associated with digital in order to ensure a pristine audio signal.

3-pin XLR Connections

The COS-11DBP features a 3-pin XLR connection that houses a AA battery. This version is capable of +48V to +52V phantom or battery operation.

Meets High Definition Audio Standards

The wide frequency response, low noise and transparent audio reproduction meet the demands of high-definition audio sound-reinforcement and recording systems.

Omnidirectional Polar Pattern

The omnidirectional polar pattern provides a generous pickup area while minimizing noise and feedback at the off-axis sections.
