What does the term "universal audioclarifier" mean ?
The term “universal audioclarifier” can be a bit confusing. It generally refers to devices that can be used by a wide range of people, often with interchangeable parts to fit different needs.
However, some models are designed specifically for one ear. For example, the 161-OTCS-R is an on-camera audioclarifier designed specifically for the right ear.
There are also truly universal models, like the 160 OTCS-U, which can be used in either ear. The key is to check the specific model to understand its intended use
