The importance of quality electrical tape

There’s a good reason why our electrical tapes are some of our top-selling items. These products are invaluable for anyone who needs strong, bonding tape that can also insulate conductive materials, like wires for example.

Most electrical tapes are made with either vinyl or plastic. One side of the tape will be adhesive, and the material of the tape makes it naturally stretchable.

Of course, not everyone uses electrical tape for its conductive properties. It’s also favored among television and film crews because it comes in many different colors, is less reflective than other tapes, and can be used for marking floors and equipment.

John Barry’s variety of electrical tape

We offer eight different colours of electrical tape for your use, all of them measuring 20M x 18M. We offer such a variety of colours, because they technically serve different purposes.

Black electrical tape, for example, is used for low-voltage insulation. The green and yellow electrical tape, on the other hand, is used for groundwork. These different colours allow professionals to know exactly what type of insulation they are working with, maximising safety on worksites.

We know that people often need electrical tape in a pinch. If you place your order before 2pm, it can be dispatched the same day and be with you in no time.

No matter what kind of project you’re working on, John Barry is here to supply you with the best electrical tape and the other important tools you need to get the job done.
