Beyer

BEYER was founded in 1924 in Berlin. It wasn’t until the 1950s that it became known as BEYERDYNAMIC and relocated to Heilbronn.

After the Russian Revolution, Eugene Beyer, who was born in St Petersberg, moved to Sweeden with his family and then to Berlin in the 1920's, the central hub at the time, for emerging audio technology. In the early years of talking pictures ('talkies'), the young electrical engineer founded a company in Berlin for manufacturing cinema loudspeakers.
